Appointments are typically 60 minutes. 90 minute appointments are also available by request.

Dr. Altmeyer’s appointments are $205 per 60 minute appointment.

At this time, insurance is not accepted and therapy is considered out of network. In the event that you have out of network coverage, you may request a monthly bill (referred to as a super bill) to send to your insurance for a possible reimbursement. It is the insurance that will directly reimburse you once they accept and process your submitted claim.

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted and payment is required at the time of service. As part of the intake paperwork, you will be given the opportunity to submit your card information for automatic billing for each session.

At this time, Dr. Altmeyer’s practice is primarily via telehealth. However, he also offers in-office visits. In addition, appointments are also available at the client’s home or office.
